Abu Dhabi is the capital city of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), a modern and vibrant country sitting at the heart of the Middle East region that has transformed – over the last five decades – from a largely-rural nation to a modern, urbanized society with sophisticated infrastructure committed to providing equality and social justice to all its inhabitants.

Abu Dhabi has a sterling reputation as the safest city in the world, among more than 330 urban areas, according to a study released by Numbeo, a global provider of data on economic, social, and safety areas.
